The 2017 drama, Radiant Office has multiple elements that make it a fun boss-employee storyline and one of the best K-dramas about falling in love with the boss. Eun Ho-Won (Go Ah-Sung) is down on her luck looking for work and attempts suicide. At the hospital, she learns she terminally ill but succeeds at landing a job. Steve Carell and Keira Knightley star in this delightfully dark movie that will make you think about how and who you want to spend the rest of your days with. At the very least, these two (mostly) seem like pretty good company leading up to the end of days.

During the process, the two lower-level employees end up falling for each other at the same time. Desperados is a hilarious comedy about a woman who is reaching the end of her twenties. She is single and struggling to find the right career path for herself. She goes to several failed interviews and tries things out on several failed dates. Eventually, she meets someone who she thinks is her perfect match.
Tom Hanks’ Chuck Noland continues to live in our memories and though he may have delivered more dramatic performances in his career, this one remains his most honest, emotionally draining one. Marlon Brando starred as Major Ace Gruver, a pilot for the United States Air Force who is stationed in Japan. When Joe, the crew chief, declares his wish to marry a Japanese woman, Ace, along with the rest of the military, disapproves of it. Ace tries to persuade Joe to give up on his quest but later agrees to support him in whatever he wants to do.
The story takes a “catfish” perspective of online dating and makes it into a romantic comedy worth rooting for. All that work, all that compromise, all that having to worry about another human and their feelings? Optimists will feel their heart flutter, and pessimists get to daydream about becoming a dog. ‘Nights and Weekends’ is one of the most honest and painfully realistic movies about long distance relationships.
Familiar faces from the previous films return, giving an appropriate end to the trilogy. Like many young couples, Jang Hyeok (Jang Ki-Yong) and Jung Da-Eun (Chae Soo-Bin) enjoy an idyllic romance until they have to get careers and become adults. In addition to the stresses of work, Jung Da-Eun also has to worry about competing with Jang Hyeok’s co-worker Han Bo-Yeong (Krystal Jung). While upsetting to watch at many points, Loving should be essential viewing for every American because it reminds us that the freedoms we take for granted were not secured without a fight. It has a happy ending, so the payoff is worth it if you can get through the sad moments.
